Practice Manager Message
Please be aware we now have Family Planning Clinics running on Mondays and Fridays. This will mean that patients currently having to travel to Kingston can now have coil & implant removal and insertions at your GP surgery. Do make an appointment to discuss .
Our Joint Injection clinic is proving very popular and so I have added an extra clinic this month - again do make an appointment to discuss.
I am delighted to report we received a GOOD from the recent CQC visit which is excellent news.
As of the last week of March we are no longer part of the IMH Group. Instead we are now an autonomous practice with Dr David Jones as our Partner.
As of May 13th all Monday and Friday appointments will run, as a trial, 99% book on the day. This will enable us to offer you appointments when we see that the demand is of the highest. The aim is to allow patients that need to be seen before the weekend or immediately after will now have a better chance of seeing a GP. We will trial this for one month and if it proves successful and popular the system will stay in place. Whilst I understand the rush of morning calls is frustrating there will be more appointments available to you rather than the few we had using the previous system. Therefore we should be able to satisfy needs more effectively.
Thank you for your co-operation
